(News advertisment Latest - NNI. 11 January 2022) The High Court declared the disqualification petition of Prime Minister Imran Khan and Federal Interior Minister Sheikh Rashid inadmissible. On Tuesday, Chief Justice Athar Minallah rejected the petition of disqualification of petitioner Fidaullah. Was revealed.

He quoted the federal interior minister as saying that Sheikh Rashid had admitted that he knew who the 16 members of the National Assembly who were selling him were. The government will end, on which Chief Justice Athar Minallah remarked that they should not make political speeches here but provide legal references.

The Chief Justice inquired as to where he was from and from which party he was a member of the Assembly. Later, Chief Justice Athar Minallah dismissed the petition of Fidaullah with remarks that he was asked to file the petition.

It is to be noted that this is not the first time that a disqualification petition has been rejected by the court against Prime Minister Imran Khan. Imran Khan's disqualification was sought on the ground that he was not honest and trustworthy.
