Commenting on relations with China and the United States, he said, "I think there are two important aspects to Prime Minister Imran Khan's visit. Prime Minister Imran Khan also met the Chinese Prime Minister during which he apprised him of the steps taken by the government for the protection of Chinese citizens, projects and institutions in Pakistan.
During the meeting between Prime Minister Imran Khan and his Chinese counterpart Li Keqiang, the two leaders reviewed all aspects of bilateral relations and discussed economic, trade, C-Pac, regional and global issues. According to the statement, the two sides reiterated their support for Pak-China strategic cooperation, issues of fundamental interest, while Prime Minister Imran Khan also congratulated his Chinese counterpart on hosting the Beijing Winter Olympics.The Prime Minister highlighted the dire situation in Occupied Kashmir and the importance of immediate action by the international community to alleviate the suffering of the Kashmiri people. He also stressed the importance of working together.
