Mirpur (Urdu Point News advertisment Latest - 07 March 2022) President of Azad Jammu and Kashmir Barrister Sultan Mehmood Chaudhry has said that he wants complete eradication of corruption from Azad Kashmir. The situation will not be tolerated, I have informed the government and relevant agencies in this regard.
Corruption is zero tolerance for me. I had enacted the Accountability Act during my tenure as Prime Minister to eradicate corruption and transparent accountability, but later governments abolished its transparency. I want restoration of government style accountability act during my visit. If corruption is not eradicated from Mirpur then we will take public path. All this is possible because of the love and affection of the people of Mirpur for me. The solution of the problems of the people of Mirpur is my first priority.
While we are striving to eradicate corruption in Azad Kashmir and make Azad Kashmir economically self-sufficient, we are continuing our struggle for the independence of Kashmir at all times. Aggressive measures are being taken to highlight the Kashmir issue at the international level. The recent visit to Dubai was in this context. Earlier, by holding the most successful All Parties Kashmir Rally in Islamabad on February 24, all the political leadership of the state had unanimously conveyed the message that all the political leadership of the state on Kashmir cause. In the light of the decisions of the All Parties Kashmir Conference,a Kashmir rally is being held on March 17 in the capital Muzaffarabad in which all the political parties and schools of thought of Azad Kashmir will participate.
Azad Jammu and Kashmir Intermediate and Secondary Education Board will make Mirpur not only an ideal board of Pakistan and Azad Kashmir but also a board of international standard. Literacy rate in Azad Kashmir is better than all provinces of Pakistan We have to coordinate and improve. I am not the president of any province or state but the president of the base camp of independence.
I am aware of the independence of the Indian occupied state of Jammu and Kashmir. We will make the region a base camp for the independence movement of Kashmir in the true sense of the word. Wants to make Jammu and Kashmir the puppet Chief Minister of the Occupied State of Jammu and Kashmir.
According to the vision of the Prime Minister of Pakistan Imran Khan, the state of Jammu and Kashmir will be made self-sufficient by independence and economic development of the state. He expressed these views while addressing the swearing in ceremony of Board of Education Employees Welfare Association as the chief guest. Siddique, Chairman Board of Education Prof. Qazi Muhammad Ibrahim, President of Board of Education Employees Welfare Association Yasir Chaudhry, Secretary General Muhammad Shaukat Khan, Mirza Khalil also addressed the gathering.
On the occasion, Vice Chancellor Mist Prof. Dr. Younis Javed, Secretary to the President Dr. Syed Asif Hussain, Additional Chief Secretary Dr. Liaqat Hussain, Director General MDHA Chaudhry Muhammad Mansha Naqshbandi, DIG Police Dr. Khalid Chauhan, Secretary Board of Education Sajid. Aziz Noor, District President PTI Chaudhry Muhammad Siddique, Additional Deputy Commissioner General Yasir Riaz, SP Raja Azhar Iqbal, Former Chairman Prof. Afzal Mirza, Former Chairman Board Prof. Zaheer Chaudhry, Former Principal Ms. Jamila Chaudhry, Former DG Health Dr. Bashir Chaudhry, former Assembly candidate Raja Naveed Akhtar Goga, former Vice Chairman Bar Council Riaz Naveed Butt, Prof. Matiul Hassan Shah besides academics, board employees, eminent personalities of civil society participated.
Ms. Sedrah Bashir performed Kashmir song and received much applause from the audience. On this occasion, President Barrister Sultan Mehmood Chaudhry administered oath to the newly elected officials of Azad Jammu and Kashmir Board of Education Employees Welfare Association. Chaudhry was given a hearty welcome and was given a wreath.
The President of Azad Jammu and Kashmir Barrister Sultan Mehmood Chaudhry in his address further said that the independence movement of Kashmir will make this region a base camp of true independence and also make the region economically prosperous and self-sufficient region. I have told investors from all over the world that the state of Jammu and Kashmir is one of the most beautiful regions in the world. Azad Kashmir Airlines will also be built on the lines of Pakistan Airlines.
Helicopter service should be started for the promotion of tourism in Azad Kashmir. President of Azad Jammu and Kashmir Barrister Sultan Mehmood Chaudhry has said that when I took oath as President of Azad Kashmir for the independence of Indian occupied state of Jammu and Kashmir. The All Parties Kashmir Conference was held on January 30 and the historic Kashmir Rally on February 24 in Islamabad. The morale of the people of the occupied state of Jammu and Kashmir also rose.
Now the leaders and leaders of all the political parties of Azad Kashmir are holding a Kashmir rally in Muzaffarabad on March 17 to send a message to the people of Occupied Kashmir from the base camp that they are not alone in the struggle for independence but the government and people of the base camp. He said that the issue of Overseas also has a very important role to play with regard to Kashmir which has highlighted the issue of Kashmir at the international level.
As the President of Azad Kashmir, when I visited the UK House of Parliament, our Overseas Gathered 42 Members of Parliament for a briefing on the Kashmir issue, the first time in the history of the UK that the President, Prime Minister of Pakistan or the President and Prime Minister of Azad Kashmir visited the UK. But so many members of parliament did not come together. This credit goes to overseas Kashmiris.
He said that the Kashmir issue has come to the notice of the world as a result of the sacrifices of the freedom fighters in occupied Kashmir and the struggle of the Overseas Kashmiris. He said that although the interest of European and international world is from India but the opinion of the people there is getting favorable towards Kashmiris, they have recognized the ugly face of secularism of Modi. India is against which the opinion of the people of European countries is not in favor of Modi.
President Azad Jammu and Kashmir Barrister Sultan Mehmood Chaudhry has said that Azad Kashmir Accountability Act should be activated and effective steps should be taken to eradicate corruption. He assured to provide House Building Advance, Employees Residential Colony and other facilities to the employees of the Board of Education. No fake certificate has been issued so far.
The Chairman of the Board of Education should demonstrate his abilities to make the institution ideal and in tune with the international board. He appreciated the tradition of giving gifts by the board in honor of the retired employees of the board and said Earlier, when the President of the State of Jammu and Kashmir arrived in the hall, he was greeted with a standing ovation and flowers were sprinkled on him.
The national anthems of Pakistan and Azad Kashmir will be presented at the ceremony. Presents were presented to the employees by the Board. All the guests including the President congratulated the newly elected members of the Board Employees Welfare Association.
