India's previous captain Virat Kohli was getting rewards to the Men Blue as their "water kid" since he was not a piece of the playing XI against West Indies in the second match of the three-match series at Kensington Oval in Barbados on Saturday, NDTV revealed.
The side had an alternate look as India captain Rohit Sharma and Kohli were refreshed for the subsequent match, and Sanju Samson and Axar Patel came in for the couple.
Since Kohli didn't play in the second ODI, he got the ball rolling another way and was seen going about as the "water kid" when Kuldeep Yadav and Shardul Thakur were batting.

In spite of all the difficult work for Kohli's benefit, the Indian group the executives' choice to rest him alongside Sharma severely blew up as the World Cup hopefuls couldn't generally adapt to the speed, bob and betray the West Indies, dealing with a dreary 180 in 40.5 overs in the downpour hit second ODI.
In the mean time, the Windies saw their first ODI win in quite a while.
West Indies skipper Shai Trust played the sheet anchor job flawlessly, taking his group to a series-evening out six-wicket triumph over India in the second ODI.
After his bowlers profited by a supportive pitch and an unconvincing India batting work to excuse their rivals, Trust's unbeaten 63 and the help of Keacy Carty (48 not out) in a solid fifth-wicket organization of 91 finished a nine-match run of losses to India in ODIs crossing four years.
"This will currently get the person out of everybody going to a decider as opposed to a dead match," said substitute skipper Hardik Pandya rethinking the misfortune.
