Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Administrator Imran Khan's guidance Naeem Haider Panjotha has asserted that his client has been given C-class offices and kept in "unfortunate condition" in Attock prison.
Panjotha, the PTI boss' advice, expressed this on Monday in the wake of meeting his client in jail.
Khan, the dismissed top state leader, was captured on August 5 after a locale and meetings court in the government capital sentenced him for degenerate practices connected with the state gift safe — claims which he denies.
"Charges of misdeclaration of resources have been demonstrated against PTI director," Judge Humayun Dilawar wrote in his judgment, giving Khan three years in prison, alongside a fine of Rs100,000, while giving a capture warrant for his nearby capture.
After his capture, Khan was moved to Attock prison.
In the present media talks, Khan's legal counselor said the previous state leader, who was eliminated from power through a parliamentary vote last year, was furnished with a little room "which has an open washroom".
Explaining on the unfortunate states of the cell, the legal advisor said the prison cell was pervaded with flies and bugs where the PTI boss is being kept.
"The PTI executive says he is prepared to go through his entire time on earth in prison," the legal advisor added.
Panjotha further said that Khan let him know that police didn't show him a capture warrant at the hour of capture and attempted to break the entryway of his better half Bushra Bibi's room.
The PTI boss has likewise said that he ought to be permitted to meet his significant other in jail, the direction added.
Panjotha said the allure against the preliminary court decision will be documented tomorrow (Tuesday) and the PTI boss has marked the legal authority.
Recently, the PTI requested of the Islamabad High Court (IHC) to move party boss Imran Khan from Attock Prison to Adiala Prison, adding that given his "schooling, propensities and social and political status", he should be given better or A-class offices in prison.
"Since youth, the solicitor is from a well-to-do family, and later because of his schooling, propensities, and social and political status in the general public, has familiar with a superior method of life... is an alum of Oxford College, UK and the ... chief of Pakistan public Cricket...," the request read.
"Keeping in view the candidate's social and political status, his schooling, and his being acclimated with a superior living style, the Solicitor was qualified for A-class offices as far as Rule 243 read with Rule 248 of Pakistan Jail Rules."
