In a recording dated Thursday, August 10, the 68-year-old entertainer expressed, "Christine has just hurled a large number of detours in an outlandish work to try not to answer this revelation," He declares that these activities are focused on unjustifiable postponements.
The Robbers entertainer has presented a movement to force money related punishments on Baumgartner, 49, stating her inability to answer his solicitations for disclosure.
He explained that in May, he served her with these solicitations, meaning to evoke her position in regards to the legitimacy of their prenuptial arrangement laid out during their marriage in 2004.
Costner accentuated the need of acquiring key disclosure data connecting with "current realities, records, and witnesses supporting her conflicts" in their continuous separation question.
Amidst their judicial actions, the Let Him Go star claimed that Baumgartner has reliably declined to unveil her separation related declarations.
"Christine affirms she can't concede or reject that she comprehended the Early Arrangement since she (and obviously every last bit of her lawyers) don't comprehend the word 'comprehended.' This is gamesmanship of the most awful sort," the new docs read.
"'Perceived' is definitely not a specialized or esoteric word. It isn't ground for complaint that a solicitation is questionable, except if it is equivocal to the point that the answering party mightn't in that frame of mind at any point outline a canny answer."
"The idea that Christine and the numerous carefully prepared attorneys addressing her don't comprehend the word 'comprehended' and can't answer to this basic, clear [request for admission] is paltry. Obviously, this unclearness protest was intervened exclusively with the end goal of postponement."
