Google on Tuesday changed its doodle to honor Pakistan's spearheading puppeteer Farooq Qasier, broadly known as "Uncle Sargam", to stamp what might have been his 78th birthday celebration on October 31.


The unbelievable craftsman, an alumni and gold medalist of Lahore's Public School of Expressions, is known for making notorious characters like "Uncle Sargam" and "Massi Museebtay" which became easily recognized names all through the 80s and the 90s.


Qasier, who was the trailblazer of manikin shows in Pakistan, began his vocation with the youngsters' manikin show Akkar Bakkar.


In the mean time, Kaliyan, Sargam and Daak Time, Sargam Time, Siyasi Kaliyan and Sargam are a portion of his other famous works.
