In the Official Secrets Act, the special court had decided to distribute copies to Imran Khan and Shah Mahmood Qureshi on December 4. Special court judge Abul Hasnat Muhammad Zulqarnain issued a written order for the cipher case in Adiala Jail, said in the written order. As the public and media were present during the court proceedings, Section 352 of the CrPC was implemented in full.

The written order said that former Chairman PTI and Shah Mehmood Qureshi were allowed to speak in the presence of the media. The case was fixed for the attendance of TI and Shah Mehmood Qureshi. The order said that there were to be arguments on the application of the former chairman of PTI under Article 10A. .
