ISLAMABAD: The Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Thursday supported Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) organizer Imran Khan's appeal to end his preliminary in figure case till January 11, 2024.
IHC's Equity Miangul Hassan gave the request on the PTI pioneer's requests wherein he tested his prosecution, procedures and gag request in the code case by the unique court laid out under True Mysteries Act.
Prior during the knowing about the case, Equity Aurangzeb dismissed PTI boss' request to give a stay on the preliminary, expressing that the court would initially serve sees prior to giving a request.
In such manner, the IHC gave notice to the organization and asked Khan's legal advisor Usman Gul to present all fundamental records connected with the code preliminary at the following hearing.

Both Khan and his party's Bad habit Executive Shah Mahmood Qureshi were conceded post-capture bail in the code case by the High Court on December 22, 2023.
Prior on December 13, the PTI pioneer and bad habit executive were arraigned in the code case again by the unique court after the IHC pronounced their prison preliminary invalid and void.
The two lawmakers have argued not liable to their association in the offense connected with the supposed abuse of strategic link for political purposes.
