ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) associated autonomous competitor and legal counselor Shoaib Shaheen moved the Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Saturday, testing the consequences of the NA-47 Islamabad-II voting demographic.


Shaheen was crushed by Pakistan Muslim Association Nawaz (PML-N) competitor Tariq Fazal Chaudhry, who secured the supporters by stowing 102,502 votes in the 2024 general decisions that were hung on February 8.


In the interim, Shaheen stayed a sprinter up as he got 86,396 votes. The free competitor tested the outcomes gave by the returning official (RO) in the court.


Addressing media people in the court, the legal counselor said that he and Ali Bukhari documented a request. He said that they have mentioned the enlistment center's office to plan a meeting today.


"We demand the [IHC's] boss equity to promptly hear the case. The entire of Islamabad knows that NA-47 is my voting demographic," said Shaheen, adding that they additionally have Structure 45.


"The ROs [returning officers] are being compelled," he added.


A day sooner, PTI's up-and-comer from NA-128 Lahore and senior legal counselor, Salman Akram Raja, documented a request testing the consequence of his voting demographic.
