The petition said that the names of many Pakistani politicians and businessmen have appeared in the Dubai leaks, it is necessary for every politician to disclose all their domestic and foreign properties.
The petition requested that the court order the FIA, FBR, NAB and other relevant agencies to investigate the Dubai leaks. .
Action should also be ordered against the owners if illegal property is proved. It should be noted that another leak was revealed in the name of 'Dubai Unlocked' regarding the details of the secret wealth of world leaders, politicians and other powerful people.
The details were released in the form of a data leak by the Organized Crime and Corruption Reporting Project (OCCRP), another investigative consortium modeled after the International Consortium of Investigative Journalists (ICIJ).
