QUETTA: A nearby court in Quetta on Saturday suspended the capture warrant of Pashtunkhwa Milli Awami Party (PkMAP) Director Mahmood Khan Achakzai till next hearing on May 31.


The examination official advised the court that the PkMAP boss didn't follow the warrant by not showing up under the steady gaze of the court regarding the principal data report (FIR) against him.


The legal officer suspended Achakzai's capture warrant and fixed the date for next hearing on May 31.


The warrant for the politico's capture was given a day sooner and the police were coordinated to capture and deliver him under the watchful eye of the court on April 27.
