He said that a mobile health and nutrition team has also been dispatched with the support of UNICEF, human lives have been affected by floods due to heavy rains, children are at risk in the affected provinces because clean water supply, health and safety Maintaining access to services is paramount. He said that as always, UNICEF is with the children and people of Afghanistan in this difficult time, working with partners, UN agencies are already distributing aid, UNICEF has distributed 450 family kits, 500 hygiene kits. Key kits, 476 blankets and 100 clothing kits with the support of other agencies and partners have been sent.

Meanwhile, the United Nations Organization for Migration (IOM) is providing aid packages that include temporary shelters, essential non-food items, solar modules, clothing and equipment to repair damaged shelters.
