The judge further wrote in his letter that the plaintiff and his counsel have caused undue delay in the case. Khavarmanika and his lawyers always tried to disrupt the hearing.
After the objection, it is requested that the case be transferred to another judge.
The High Court will fix the time frame to dispose of these appeals. Today, when the hearing started, once again Khawar Manika's lawyer Rizwan Abbasi was absent. On the inquiry of Judge Shahrukh Arjamand, the assistant counsel said that he is in the Supreme Court, give some time, on which the judge directed Rizwan Abbasi to appear in the court by 10:30.
