LAHORE: The Lahore High Court (LHC) on Thursday proclaimed a decision, permitting the actual remand of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) organizer Imran Khan in May 9 cases, "invalid and void".
A two-part seat involving Equity Tariq Saleem Sheik and Equity Anwar-ul-Haq Pannu held the decision on the petitions testing the previous head of the state's actual remand.
The high court likewise pronounced the notice of the PTI pioneer's appearance through the video interface invalid and void.
