Ruler William becomes Sovereign Philip to teach Ruler Harry

Ruler William is apparently diverting his inward Sovereign Philip in settling struggle with Ruler Harry.
The Ruler of Ribs is taking a page from granddad's book as he sets to train his more youthful sibling.
A source tells Day to day Monster: "There is a feeling that William has ventured into the Ruler Philip job. Philip governed the family with a bar of iron and you saw when he kicked the bucket that discipline fell. Presently William is giving orders with regards to family discipline."
This comes as the Illustrious Family plans for summer occasions in Balmoral.
