DHAKA: A Bangladesh court requested an examination on Tuesday into previous state leader Sheik Hasina's job in the passing of a basic food item retailer in the capital Dhaka during last month's dangerous understudy drove dissents, the complainant's legal counselor said.
The body of evidence recorded by Amir Hamza against Hasina and six others was acknowledged by Dhaka's central metropolitan judge's court after a conference, Hamza's legal counselor Anwarul Islam said. Judge Rajesh Chowdhury requested police to examine the case, Islam added.
It was the main body of evidence recorded against Hasina following a vicious uprising that killed around 300 individuals, a large number of them school and college understudies. She escaped to India on Aug 5 and has been protecting in New Delhi.
