According to the details, senior female leader of PTI Dr. Yasmeen Rashid said that according to Hadith Mubarakah, saving the life of a single human being is tantamount to saving the life of the whole humanity.
The Punjab Health Minister has announced that when he dies or is on his death bed, and if his organs are working, donate to someone whose life can be saved. It is not haraam to donate one's body parts to save the life of another human being. I would not hesitate to donate my own organs to save the life of another human being.
The health minister announced his organ donation during a press conference at the Pakistan Kidney and Liver Institute. Meanwhile, the parents of a 22-year-old man on a ventilator also announced to donate their son's organs. The family of the 22-year-old deceased donated kidney and liver of the deceased to save three lives. The liver and kidney grafts were initially taken to Dubai by helicopter.
The UAE organ donor and the UAE Ministry of Health team handed over both the organs to PKLI. PKLI's kidney and liver teams completed both the surgeries last night and sent the patients home safely. Dr. Yasmeen Rashid said that both the organs of the deceased are donated to the mother of the deceased for donating.
