Islamabad (Latest News, August 8, 2022) The legal team advised the government to be cautious regarding the Election Commission's decision against Tehreek-e-Insaaf. ARY reported citing sources that action should not be taken against Imran Khan under Article 62-63, and a common man can approach the court on Imran Khan's declaration.

If you are careful and forgiving on the issue of ban against Tehreek-e-Insaf, we will have the upper hand. If Tehreek-e-Insaaf is banned, they will be registered under another name. Government sources say that the cabinet members were asked to give a thoughtful opinion only after consulting legal experts, while the ministers were given copies of the decision and summary points and asked to give their opinion at the next meeting.

Legal experts said that there should be no haste, one has to go to court 15 days after the government's decision. A final decision in this regard will be taken only after the opinion of the federal cabinet. On the other hand, Rawalpindi Cricket Ground has been chosen for the meeting of Tehreek-e-Insaf on August 13. Tehreek-e-Insaf will hold a rally on the night of August 13 at the Rawalpindi Cricket Ground. Tehreek-e-Insaf Chairman Imran Khan called a meeting of party leaders today for final consultation.

In the meeting, Imran Khan will give the final approval for the venue of the meeting, while the decision will be taken in view of the possible obstacles of the administration in Islamabad. It should be noted that last day Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Chairman Imran Khan was met by legal expert Dr. Babar Awan in which legal matters were discussed. The meeting was held in Bani Gala in which political, constitutional and legal issues were discussed. Babar Awan gave a briefing to Imran Khan on legal matters, in the meeting, the meeting of August 13 was also discussed. Imran Khan said that the meeting of August 13 will be the beginning of the revolution, no one can stop the immediate elections, those who have misunderstanding will be removed soon.
