Islamabad (Urdu Point News Latest. 23 Aug 2022) US State Department Spokesperson Ned Price says he is aware of the allegations against former Prime Minister Imran Khan.State Department spokesman Ned Price said in a statement. He added that the matter was not directly related to America. This is a matter of the legal and judicial system of Pakistan.
The United States will take no position on any political party opposing another party in Pakistan. According to the US State Department spokesperson, the United States supports the peaceful establishment of democratic constitutional and legal principles in Pakistan and the world. It is to be noted that another session of the Islamabad High Court took cognizance of Imran Khan's threat to Justice Zeb Chaudhry.
The Islamabad High Court constituted a larger bench in the contempt of court case against PTI Chairman Imran Khan. A contempt of court case has been heard against PTI Chairman Imran Khan for threatening a judge for the next session of the Islamabad High Court. According to media reports, the Islamabad High Court has issued a notice to Imran Khan in a contempt of court case.
On August 31, the court summoned Imran Khan in person. The Islamabad High Court decided to constitute a bench of more than three judges in the matter. As the court hearing began, the Advocate General came to the stand. Advocate General Islamabad said that Imran Khan had threatened the judge on behalf of the Islamabad High Court said that very inappropriate remarks were made.
Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani, Justice Mian Gul Hasan Aurangzeb and Justice Babar Sattar are part of the larger bench. He threatened the judge by name and said IG, DIG Islamabad we will not leave you, Judge Zeba Chaudhry also we will not leave you, we have to file a case against you also, the judge knew about the torture of Shahbaz.
