After warning about spying on Indian journalists and the opposition, BJP officials raised questions about the correctness of Alta Company's algorithms.
Along with this, the BJP officials have also demanded an investigation into the security of the company's devices.
According to media reports, senior BJP officials summoned an Apple security expert from abroad to New Delhi and pressed him to come up with an alternative explanation for the company's warning to users.
On the other hand, Israel's Pegasus spyware has been revealed to be used against journalists and human rights activists in dozens of countries.
Based on a joint investigation, Amnesty International and the American newspaper have confirmed that the Indian government has once again spied on journalists with the help of Pegasus spyware taken from Israel.
