Egypt says that it is waiting for the response of the parties to stop the ongoing bloodshed in Gaza.
According to Arab media, Egypt has confirmed that it has prepared and sent to the parties a proposed framework for a cease-fire between Israel and Hamas in Gaza, which includes a proposal for a three-phase cease-fire. Awaiting reply.
The head of the Egyptian Information Service said that Egypt would release more details on the plan, but that it was only waiting to receive a response once.
The head of the information service said that Egypt's proposed framework is an attempt to reach the point of view of all parties making efforts to stop the ongoing aggression in Palestine and especially in Gaza.
According to the Arab media, earlier in this regard, Egyptian security sources said that this plan includes a ceasefire at different stages and the release of hostages from both sides.
