December 20, 2023) The All-Party Jammu and Kashmir Conference was held at Jammu Kashmir House Islamabad under the chairmanship of the Prime Minister of the Independent State of Jammu and Kashmir Chaudhry Anwar Haq. Opposition leader Khawaja Farooq Ahmed, Tehreek-e-Insaf President Sardar Abdul Qayyum Niazi, People's Party Azad Kashmir President Chaudhry Muhammad Yasin, Muslim League-N President Shah Ghulam Qadir, Muslim Conference President Sardar Atiq Ahmad Khan, former President and Prime Minister Sardar Muhammad Yaqub Khan, former Prime Minister Raja Mohammad Farooq Haider Khan, President Jammu and Kashmir People's Party Sardar Hasan Ibrahim, President Jammu and Kashmir Liberation League Khawaja Manzoor Qadir Advocate, General Secretary Jamiat Ulema Islam Azad Kashmir Maulana Imtiaz Abbasi, Ameer Jamaat-e-Islami Azad Kashmir Dr. Muhammad Mushtaq, Nazim Ahl Hadith Azad Kashmir Daniyal Shahab Madani, Leader of Tehreek-e-Libyan Azad Kashmir Mufti Abdul Ghafoor, Leader of Jamiat Ulema Azad Kashmir Maulana Imtiaz Siddiqui, Chairman Jammu and Kashmir Liberation Front Sardar Sagheer, Chairman Majlis Wahdat al-Muslimeen Allama Yasir Sabzwari, Chairman Jafaria Supreme Council Allama Syed Farid Abbas Naqvi, Leader of Azad Kashmir Jamiat Ulema. Islam Pir Mazhar Saeed Shah, Hurriyat Conference Azad Kashmir convener Mehmood Ahmed Sagar, Hurriyat Conference members Ghulam Muhammad Safi, Farooq Rahmani, Rafiq Ahmed Dar and political and social personality Sardar Amjad Yousuf were also present.

Government Ministers Most Senior Minister Colonel Waqar Ahmad Noor, Minister Local Government Faisal Mumtaz Rathore, Minister Higher Education Malik Zafar, Mian Abdul Waheed, Minister Law, Minister Religious Affairs/Awqaf Ahmad Raza Qadri were also present in the conference. The conference unanimously passed resolutions. The meeting condemned the successive steps taken by India to annex Jammu and Kashmir into India and to change the population composition and these steps are in violation of UN resolutions and international law. Considers it a serious violation.

Actions taken by India on and after 5/August 2019 and their ratification by the Supreme Court of India cannot change the status of the disputed Jammu and Kashmir. The dispute over the state of Jammu and Kashmir has been on the agenda of the United Nations for the last seven decades as a conflict requiring settlement. It is a serious violation of the resolutions and especially Resolution No. 1951 (91) and 1957 (122).

This meeting considers the ongoing freedom movement in Occupied Jammu and Kashmir as a movement for the right of self-determination recognized in accordance with the United Nations resolutions and the Charter and reiterates its full support to this movement at all levels. The meeting pays tribute to the steadfastness and bravery of fighting state terrorism. This meeting is about the ban on expression in Occupied Jammu and Kashmir, the arrests of All Parties Hurriyat Conference leaders, political activists, youth, journalists and human rights activists and Strongly condemns the detentions.

This meeting pays tribute to the detained leaders of occupied Jammu and Kashmir, Yasin Malik, Musrat Alam Bhat, Shabbir Ahmad Shah, Ms. Asia Andrabi, Dr. Qasim Fakto, Naeem Ahmad Khan, Fahmida Sufi, Nahida Nasreen and other leaders and to these arrested leaders. Expresses concern over the threats to life and demands the immediate release of these political leaders.

This meeting is about implementation of black laws in Occupied Jammu and Kashmir, serious violations of human rights, changing the domicile law to settle Indians in Jammu and Kashmir, disempowering Kashmiris by changing the seats of the assembly, cordon and search. Condemns the Indian actions of martyring civilians through operations and fake encounters, taking over the lands, jobs and businesses of Jammu and Kashmir and erasing the language, identity and culture of Jammu and Kashmir and considers these actions as a crime against humanity. Considers crimes against and war crimes.

The meeting thanked the Prime Minister of Pakistan for his lively presentation of the position of Kashmiris during his visit to Muzaffarabad. On this occasion, the Chief of Army Staff, Mr. General Asim Munir, in his meeting with the Secretary General of the United Nations, welcomes his attention to the Kashmir dispute. This meeting expresses the determination that the people on both sides of the cease-fire line will spare no effort to make the struggle for self-determination fruitful.
