Srinagar (Urdu Point News Latest - APP. May 10, 2024) The All-Party Hurriyat Conference in India's illegal occupation of Jammu and Kashmir has said that Kashmir is a purely political and humanitarian problem that has no military solution. It can only be resolved through a meaningful dialogue process. According to Kashmir Media Service, the leadership of the All-Party Hurriyat Conference in a statement released in Srinagar condemned the ongoing siege and violent search operations by the Indian forces in the occupied area, raids on houses, innocent people. Expressing grave concern over the killing and arrest of people, the international community and international human rights organizations have been urged to play a role in stopping Indian state terror in the occupied territory.

The statement said that the situation in the occupied area is very bad and alarming, every city, town and village in the region has been turned into a military camp and the personnel of the occupying Indian forces are brutalizing innocent people, especially the youth, on a daily basis. The Hurriyat leadership said that the Modi government is targeting Kashmiris with extreme political revenge for challenging the illegal Indian occupation, so now is the time for the international community to intervene and stop Indian atrocities on Kashmiris and the problem. He should play a role in resolving Kashmir according to the resolutions of the United Nations.
