Iran and Qatar signed legal and judicial cooperation agreements

According to a foreign news agency, Iran and Qatar have provided legal assistance in criminal cases as well as between their governments. A memorandum of understanding on judicial cooperation has been signed. Under the treaty (consisting of 14 articles), the parties committed to maximum legal and judicial cooperation in criminal matters, with both countries taking final action against nationals of the other country at least once a year upon submission of a request.
